Did your product get damaged during transit?
Please email us photos within 3 business days of receiving your order (pinkrosedayspa@gmail.com).  We are not responsible for products damaged after this timeframe.  Without this window of notice, we are unable to open a dispute with our shipping company (Canada Post).
Products damaged with daily use, including pressed powder products which can break when dropped, unfortunately do not qualify for a refund. Our lipsticks are also different than traditional formulas in that they do not contain silicone, therefore they may be less structurally sound.  Care must be taken to not twist the bullet too high when applying as horizontal pressure can cause it to crack at the base.
What if I have an allergic reaction?

Even though our products are made with natural and organic ingredients, it is still possible to be sensitive to these plant and mineral based ingredients.  For this reason we highly recommended purchasing the inexpensive samples prior to investing in a full size product.  However, in the event you find you cannot use the product please initiate a return.
Where do I send my product if I have a return?

Please ship your product back to us with a tracking number since we will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Once we receive your package we will send an email confirmation within 1-2 business day, with instructions on how to redeem your online store credit.
