Learn a bit about us
We are a boutique Day Spa located in the beautiful little town of Peace River, Alberta. Nature is all around us with the mighty Peace river running through our town, nestled in birch covered hills where coyotes, deer, caribou and wolves roam wild. So naturally we gravitated towards organic. We wanted to set ourselves apart from our leading competitors and decided to do something different and opened up an our town’s first Organic Spa. Our goal is to support Canadian companies who use ethically sourced ingredients, who are cruelty free and have a green attitude towards our environment. Most importantly we aim to educate our customers on clean beauty products so that they can make the decision towards a healthier lifestyle.
Did your product get damaged during transit?
Please email us photos within 3 business days of receiving your order (pinkrosedayspa@gmail.com). We are not responsible for products damaged after this timeframe. Without this window of notice, we are unable to open a dispute with our shipping company (Canada Post).
Products damaged with daily use, including pressed powder products which can break when dropped, unfortunately do not qualify for a refund. Our lipsticks are also different than traditional formulas in that they do not contain silicone, therefore they may be less structurally sound. Care must be taken to not twist the bullet too high when applying as horizontal pressure can cause it to crack at the base.
What if I have an allergic reaction?
Even though our products are made with natural and organic ingredients, it is still possible to be sensitive to these plant and mineral based ingredients. For this reason we highly recommended purchasing the inexpensive samples prior to investing in a full size product. However, in the event you find you cannot use the product please initiate a return.
Where do I send my product if I have a return?
Please ship your product back to us with a tracking number since we will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once we receive your package we will send an email confirmation within 1-2 business day, with instructions on how to redeem your online store credit.
